河北矿区生态修复典型案例生态产品价值比较分析

摘要: 河北省西部是我国重要的自然资源汇聚地，对该区域废弃矿山开展生态修复和生态产品价值研究具有重要的理论和实践意义。文章选取河北省太行山东麓的五个典型矿山，运用修正的生态系统服务价值系数评价生态产品价值，并以NDVI植被指数来反映矿山生态修复的成效，旨在揭示闭坑后矿山生态产品价值的变化规律。研究结果表明：①2017一2022年，河北太行山中段东麓的五个典型矿山生态产品价值呈明显上升趋势，平均增长率为8.57%。2022年，五个典型矿山的生态产品价值总量达137.53万元。矿山生态修复投入资金最快还需5年时间即可收回成本，使得生态产品价值转为盈余。②供给服务价值是研究区主要的生态产品价值类型，占总量的36.37%～51.19%；文化服务价值是增长最快的生态产品价值类型。遗传资源、气候调节、娱乐三种生态产品价值合计占矿山总价值的60%以上。

Abstract: Abstract: The western part of Hebei province is an important gathering place of natural resources in China, and it is of great theoretical and practical significance to carry out research on ecological restoration and the value of ecological products in abandoned mines in this area. This article selects five typical mines at the eastern foot of the Taihang Mountains in Hebei province, employs modified ecosystem service value coefficients to evaluate the value of ecological products, and uses the NDVI vegetation index to reflect the effectiveness of mine ecological restoration, aiming to reveal the evolution patterns of the value of ecological products in mines after they are closed. The research results show that: ① From 2017 to 2022, the values of ecological products in the five typical mines at the eastern foot of the middle section of the Taihang Mountains in Hebei province demonstrated a significant increasing trend, with an average growth rate of 8.57%. In 2022, the total value of ecological products in the five typical mines reached 1.3753 million yuan. The funds invested in mine ecological restoration require a 5-year payback period, so that the value of ecological products can turn into a surplus. ② provisioning services dominate the ecological product value of ecological product value in the study area, accounting for 36.37% to 51.19% of the total. The value of cultural services is the type of ecological product value with the fastest growth. The combined values of the three types of ecological products, namely genetic resources, climate regulation, and recreational services, accounts for more than 60% of the total value of the mines.
