西南联大学术集会的模式开拓、应用价值和转换途径

摘要: 纵观世界高等教育的发展历程，许多国家均曾对“汇聚不同学科领域和不同层次的人才”的科研组织模式进行过探究。但如若想这类科研组织模式能够在应用层面取得实效，便不得不解决“学人之间，学科之间”的学术话语权争端和价值冲突的问题。国立西南联合大学作为我国高等教育史的奇迹，其曾以一种学术集会的形式有效解决了上述问题，并营造出一种“百家争鸣而不离道”的学术氛围。通过科研工作四个阶段划分的视角深入分析联大学术集会模式的运行机制，初步得出该模式强调将爱国主义，学术自由作为价值追求，并拥有严密的制度设计。故而，剖析该模式的应用价值并结合时代进行适当转换对于我国高等教育构筑“大平台、大团队”的科研组织模式具有极高的借鉴意义。

Abstract: Looking back at the development of higher education in the world, many countries have explored the scientific research organization model of "different disciplines and scholars".If this kind of scientific research organization model wants to be effective in application, it must resolve the dispute of academic discourse power and value conflict between scholars or disciplines.As a miracle in the history of higher education in China, the National Southwestern Associated University has effectively solved the above problems through academic assembly and created an academic atmosphere of "academic debate but harmonious outcome".Through the in-depth analysis of the operation mechanism of the academic assembly model of the General Assembly from the perspective of four stages of scientific research work, it is preliminarily concluded that the model emphasizes patriotism and academic freedom as value pursuits and has a strict system design.Therefore, this paper analyzes the application value of this model and combines it with the current transformation, which has a high reference significance for China’s higher education to build a "big platform, big team" scientific research organization model.
