Research on the multidimensional application of the Introduction to the Chinese Nation Community in the education of students in ethnic minority colleges and universities
摘要: 在全球化浪潮中,民族院校致力于培育民族人才,铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育。《中华民族共同体概论》作为核心教材,对学生教育具有深远影响。通过综合理论分析与实证研究,探讨其在民族院校教育中的多维应用,涵盖理论、情感、实践教育及课程构建、社会服务等方面。研究表明,《概论》有效促进了知识传授、情感认同、价值观塑造及能力培养。然而,面对文化差异、多元价值观、理论与实践脱节、学生个性化需求及教育国际化等挑战,建议民族院校强化师资建设、文化交流、价值观引导及就业指导,以充分发挥《概论》作用,培养具备深厚民族认同与国家意识的杰出人才。
Abstract: In the wave of globalization, ethnic universities are committed to cultivating ethnic talents and casting a strong sense of community education for the Chinese nation. As a core textbook, "Introduction to the Chinese Nation Community" has a profound impact on student education. This article combines theoretical analysis and empirical research to explore its multidimensional application in ethnic minority colleges and universities, covering theory, emotional, practical education, curriculum construction, social services, and other aspects. Research shows that the Introduction effectively promotes knowledge transfer, emotional recognition, value shaping, and ability cultivation. However, in the face of challenges such as cultural differences, pluralistic values, the disconnect between theory and practice, students’ individual needs, and the internationalization of education, it is recommended that ethnic minority universities strengthen teacher development, cultural exchanges, value guidance, and career guidance to fully leverage the role of the "Introduction" and cultivate outstanding talents with deep national identity and national consciousness.
