摘要:  本文深入剖析黄炎培精神对现代职业教育，特别是职业教育本科发展的深远影响，并结合乌鲁木齐职业大学的实践展开全面探讨。通过深度阐释黄炎培精神的核心内涵，细致梳理现代职业教育现状及问题，详细论述其在革新职教理念、深化实践教学、强化师资培养以及提升学生职业素养等方面的积极作用，进而提出传承与弘扬黄炎培精神的创新策略，为现代职业教育迈向高质量发展提供极具价值的参考。

Abstract: This article deeply analyzes the profound impact of Huang Yanpei’s spirit on modern vocational education, especially the development of undergraduate vocational education, and conducts a comprehensive exploration based on the practice of Urumqi Vocational University. By deeply interpreting the core connotation of Huang Yanpei’s spirit, carefully sorting out the current situation and problems of modern vocational education, and elaborating on its positive role in reforming vocational education concepts, deepening practical teaching, strengthening teacher training, and enhancing students’ professional qualities, innovative strategies for inheriting and promoting Huang Yanpei’s spirit are proposed, providing valuable reference for modern vocational education to move towards high-quality development.
