如何教“难以言说”:数智时代高职院校人才培养模式的语言哲学图解与转型策略

How to Teach the ’Ineffable’: A Linguistic-Philosophical Diagram and Transformation Strategies for Talent Cultivation Models in Higher Vocational Colleges in the Era of Digital Intelligence

摘要: 数智时代职业本科人才培养面临着更加复杂的“难以言说”困境,即其培养目标开发、内容与框架不可言说性增强。数智技术加大了教学载体难以言说性。随着培养过程数智化,“难以言说”的知识与技能变多,教学方式的不可言说性增强。基于语言哲学范式的考察,数智时代的职业本科人才培养面临六种“难以言说”,这六种“难以言说”相对独立而又互相影响。解决职业本科人才培养困境,就需要把“不可言说”转化为“间接可言说”,把“难以言说”转化为“易以言说”。鉴于此,要解决数智时代职业本科人才培养困境,就需要重构职业本科人才培养模式,从偏重“隐性自悟”到注重系统化培养;挖掘默会知识的显性化策略,从保守“不用言说”到注重“发现可言说”;注重课程知识的条理化梳理,从囿于“抽象一团”到注重类别化传播。

Abstract: The cultivation of vocational undergraduate talents in the era of digital intelligence is faced with a more complex "unspeakable" dilemma, that is, the development of training goals, the ineffability of content and framework are enhanced. Digital intelligence technology has increased the indescribability of teaching carriers. With the digitalization of the training process, there are more "unspeakable" knowledge and skills, and the ineffability of teaching methods is enhanced. Based on the investigation of the paradigm of language philosophy, the cultivation of vocational undergraduate talents in the era of digital intelligence faces six kinds of "unspeakable", which are relatively independent and mutually influential. To solve the dilemma of vocational undergraduate talent training, it is necessary to transform the "unspeakable" into "indirect speakable", and the "unspeakable" into "easy to speak". In view of this, in order to solve the dilemma of vocational undergraduate talent training in the era of digital intelligence, it is necessary to reconstruct the vocational undergraduate talent training model, from focusing on "implicit self-realization" to focusing on systematic training. The explicit strategy of excavating tacit knowledge, from conservative "unspoken" to "discovering what can be said"; Pay attention to the methodical sorting of curriculum knowledge, from being confined to "abstract group" to focusing on categorical communication.
