Practice and Innovation in International Education Exchange from the Perspective of Global Competence—A Case Study of Changning District, Shanghai
摘要: 随着社会的不断进步,全球胜任力已成为教育领域日益关注的焦点。经济合作与发展组织(OECD)已将其纳入国际学生评估项目(PISA)测试,作为评估学生发展的重要指标。同时,中国学生发展核心素养体系也对培养学生的全球胜任力提出了明确要求。上海市长宁区通过构建长宁教育国际联盟、实施中外教师伙伴研修计划以及促进师生互访等一系列举措,积极探索教育国际交流在培养师生全球胜任力方面的作用。本文旨在梳理长宁区的具体实践,总结其创新经验,以期为其他地区的教育国际交流提供有益的参考与借鉴。
Abstract: With the development of society, global competence has increasingly become a focal point in the field of education. The Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) has incorporated it into the Program for International Student Assessment (PISA) as a key indicator for assessing students' development. Meanwhile, China's Core Competencies for Student Development also explicitly outline requirements for fostering students' global competence. Changning District of Shanghai has been actively exploring the role of international educational exchange in cultivating the global competence of teachers and students through a series of initiatives, including establishing an international educational alliance, implementing shadowing programs for Chinese and foreign teachers, and facilitating exchanges of teachers and students. This paper aims to outline the practices of Changning District, summarize its innovative experiences, and provide references and insights for international educational exchanges in other regions.
