The Construction of the Digital Literacy Cultivation Community for Higher Vocational Teachers and Students: Oriented towards New-Quality Talent Development
摘要: 为满足数字时代快速发展下的新质人才培养对高职师生数字素养提出更高更具体的要求,构建高职师生数字素养培育共同体,以提升高职师生数字素养培育质量和效能。通过剖析该共同体的内在逻辑即内涵特征和内在机理,阐释高职师生在数字化大背景下,以新质人才培养为导向,基于目标一致性、合作双向性、主体发展性等特征通过共生共长互促互进,实现高职师生数字素养的共同提升以满足新质人才培养的需求。同时,从一线教师的微观视角出发,提出具体的实施策略:通过营造数字文化氛围、优化高职师生关系、营建数字教学模式、制定规则体系等达成该共同体的实践进路。从该共同体的内在逻辑和实践进路进行理实结合的论述,旨在为高职院校开展基于新质人才培养的数字素养培育工作提供理论指导和实践参考。
Abstract: To meet the higher and more specific requirements for digital literacy for higher vocational teachers and students under the rapid development of the digital age, this study proposes the construction of a digital literacy cultivation community aimed at enhancing the quality and efficiency of digital literacy cultivation. Through analyzing the connotation, features and internal mechanisms of this community, the research elucidates how higher vocational teachers and students, guided by new-quality talent development objectives and characterized by goal consistency, bidirectional collaboration, and developmental subjectivity, achieve mutual enhancement of digital literacy through symbiotic growth and reciprocal promotion in the digital context, thereby satisfying the demands of new-quality talent development. From the micro-perspective of front line teachers, concrete implementation strategies are proposed: establishing practical pathways for this community through cultivating a digital cultural atmosphere, optimizing teacher-student relationships in vocational education, constructing digital teaching models, and establishing regulatory systems. The theoretical-practical integration of the community’s inherent logic and implementation approaches aims to provide both theoretical guidance and practical references for higher vocational colleges in conducting digital literacy cultivation initiatives based on new-quality talent development.
